Request account deletion

This is a deletion request.Your account is not deleted automatically. Our team reviews every request and completes erasure within 48 hours, or the maximum time frame required by law (GDPR Article 17 — up to 30 days). We'll delete your profile, points, rewards history and personal data, and email you to confirm. Some records may be retained where required by law (e.g. accounting). Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately before deletion.
